Strawberry Breakfast Pastries

  • 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a line baking sheet as well as parchment paper

  5. Whisk the egg with water, brush the edges pf pastries. Then bake the pastries for around 15-17 minutes until turning golden and puffed. Dust with powdered sugar, as you like, and serve

  • ¼ cup flour for rolling
  • 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
  • 6 oz sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups scrambled eggs
  • 1 beaten egg (with water for egg wash)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a lined baking sheet with a parchment paper
  2. Flouring a surface of your work to roll out the puff pastry into 14×14-inch square
  3. Cut 1-inch-apart slits from the outer edge to the fold mark on each side of the pastry sheet. Leave the center for the filling
  4. Place ham on the center, sprinkle with cheese and egg
  5. Using egg wash, brush the exposed puff pastry side. From one end, fold the pastry strips over the egg mixture, alternating sides to cover the mixture. Brush the whole puff pastry and transfer the pastry to the ready baking sheet. Bake for around 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed
